PROCUREMENT
In 2013, we participated in the procurement of Electric Chain Hoist from Germany for SPDC project at SantaBarbraMPFLiftingEquipment. In addition, we carried out the installationandcommissioningof the equipment successfully for SPDC.
CONSTRUCTION
As part of effort to develop indigenous technology for the Nigerian oil and gas industry, Scantex is proud to have fabricated a number of technologies for SPDC operations since 2009 till date. These include the fabrication & installation of cracked spool piece on export pump Obigbo flow line station.
We are engaged in the business of construction,installation/erection covering but not limited to: civil works, steelstructures,processpiping, tanks, mechanicalequipment, electrical/ instrumentation, cathodicprotection and processcontrolsystem.
In 2015, under SPDC GMoU we successfully executed the project of grading,sandfilling,Compaction/Concretingofaccessroad ofUmuokwaMiniHousingEstatephases1 and 2 on record time.
IN 2017, Scantex contributed to the reconstruction of Belema PIT Flow Station for SPDC.
Construction of oil wellhead Platform, flowstation platform, roads, buildings, offfice and bund wall work.
We are proud to have executed the main water drainage for the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun Delta State Nigeria; a hub of manpower development for the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
Scantex constructed Coppers lodge and Odimodi road for the oil bearing communities as part of SPDC Corporate Social Responsibility.
FABRICATION & INSTALLATON

Fabrication & installation of associated piping Network at Imo Nkali Flow Station 11, Agbada 1 and Nkali Flow Station Fabrication and installation of environmental up-grade and close drain piping layout including intermediate manifold and metering overhead Morris Crane gantry installation at Kolo Creek flow station, Obelle flow station, Ahia flow station and Isimiri flow station. Fabrication and installation of 12’’ Sch. 80 piping Pig Launcher and Pig Received Piping connection to Gas from Carthon Channel Gas Plant to Global Gas Refinery Barge Station at Carthon Channel 11. Fabrication and Installation of 2 numbers Flow Station Pump change out & modification of the Pump House Discharge Piping & Suction Piping Connection with supports.
